Limerick Soccer is poorer today following the death of Mungret Regional stalwart, Annette Cusack.
Annette was a former committee member, coach, player and tireless worker for the Mungret fold.
To the wider soccer public she was a spirited character who always made you wish she was involved with your club.
She leaves us with good memories.

On another sad note, we lost another trojan worker in soccer circles following the passing of Mick Hanley.
Mick spent nearly 40 years as Chairman of the Demond League while also serving with the FAI and Munster Council and was a regular face at all the major soccer events over the last few decades.
